Phil Liberatore has been serving California’s citizens since he opened his first small business in 1988. Phil graduated from University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration and Finance. From there, Phil went on to open his first small business – Philip L. Liberatore, CPA. In 1999, he founded IRS Problem Solvers, Inc., which has represented numerous clients in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.
Phil has a huge heart for the local community. He is a member of the Council for National Policy, and he sits on the boards of both the Pacific Justice Institute, the Dream Center Foundation and the Coalition on Urban Renewal and Education. Additionally, Phil Liberatore is the Founding Director of Honoring American Heroes, an organization focused on supporting our military personnel and veterans. Phil is actively involved in strategic partnerships with Harvest Crusades and Harvest America, Concordia University, Vanguard University and the Global Center for Women and Justice and Missions.me.
As an ordained minister, Phil combines his professional expertise and experience to extend counsel, biblical perspective, and hope to those in need of financial guidance. This inspired him to write several books, including, God, Money, and You, which has changed the lives of many looking to understand the complex world of financial success.
Phil was former host of Liberty Speaks on Talk Radio KABC 790 AM. His success and leadership has afforded him the opportunity to be highlighted in leading trade magazines, and he is a frequent guest commentator on numerous conservative and Christian television and nationally syndicated radio programs.
Phil has been married to his wife, Dana, for 35 years. The pair have raised their two daughters in Whittier, California, and are members of the Angelus Temple, the Church of the Dream Center.
